Whenever the user launches the gallery app, screen elements do not format properly if the user changes the alignment of device. If the user launches the gallery app in landscape mode, the app will not display correctly when rotated to portrait mode. Similarly, the app will not display correctly when launched in portrait mode and rotated to landscape mode.

Repro Steps:
(Method A)
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131216140918
2) Hold device so that apps will launch in portrait mode.
3) Launch Gallery App.
4) Rotate the device to display in landscape mode.

(Method B)
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131216140918
2) Hold device so that apps will launch in landscape mode.
3) Launch Gallery App.
4) Rotate the device to display in portrait mode.

Actual:
Screen elements do not scale appropriately when rotated. Zoom gesture is not recognized as input.

Expected:
Gallery app can switch between landscape and portrait mode appropriately. All textures and UI elements should properly resize/reposition themselves.
