Steps to reproduce: 1. Load My Submissions page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submissions 2. Click on Compatibility & Payments link from a listed app. 3. Click the "Add, manage or view transactions for your payment account" link. Expected results: The Bango account window is displayed. Actual results: Nothing happens.
