Contact inside the Call log app has a broken image icon displayed next to it.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131219040202 
2) Create a contact (or have contacts in device) without a picture
3) Navigate to Dialer App
4) Make a call to another phone number, then end the call
5) Tap on the Call log icon on the bottom left corner
6) Tap on the phone number last dialed
7) Tap on Add to existing contact
8) Select any contact and tap on Update
9) Tap on Missed
10) Tap back on All

Actual:
Contact appears to have a broken image icon next to it

Expected:
Contact doesn't have broken image icon next to it

The build I was first able to reproduce this issue on was 12-13-2013's 1.4 build. (Listed below.) Any build before this, however, was blocked from this issue do to a bug, which me and my co-workers had no luck finding. This bug prevented the selection of any contact when "add to existing contacts" was selected. So The available regression window shall be listed below.

This issue started to occur on the Buri 1.4 Build ID: 20131213040203

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
Tested on gaia master and v1.3.

I followed the STR to the letter, and started with an empty contact/call log database.

Maybe this got fixed by another patch :)

Myself and one other tester both tried to repro this on the latest v1.4 and it appears to be working correctly now. Icon to the left of contact is a phone with an outgoing arrow. No other image seen.
