95281 - Unable to open ANY ftp sessions

Description

Any attempt to retreive content from an ftp server fails.

Browser status bar reports "Finished FTP transation" but the
browser window never updates.  

I've tried installing to a clean directory and a clean profile
neither works.

Are you using a firewall or do you see this only with todays build ?

I've experienced this behavior behind firewalls and
on clear connections.  This has been a persistant
problem across many milestones and current dailies.

Installed latest build (2001082109) on fresh install of Win2k. 

Problem persists...

This sounds alot like the other bugs listed below...

Ran a packet capture today.   Connects fine, enters passive mode,
requests size and gets a TCP reset.

Pick one and dupe me...
