We already create somewhat of an immersive browsing experience with the dynamic toolbar. It'd be quite cool if we could extend that by exploiting the new transparent system bars of KitKat and filling behind them with page background colour. Plus it'd be huge on the Android blogs if we were the first browser to implement it, as surely it'll be done in all browsers (and in fact more apps) eventually.
