this seems high. per the ux guidelines, we should be fully up within 1s max.

master + m-c, nexus 4, 12/23/13
Depends on: 922128
Summary: cold load is 1200ms on Nexus 4 → [Clock] Slow cold load performance (1200ms on nexus 4)
this may be related to the same problem with layer rendering perf and APZ
Depends on: 952640
Keywords: regression
Priority: -- → P1
Whiteboard: [c=profiling s= p=2 u=][b2gperf_regression]
As far as I know we don't have nexus-4 in automation, so don't set the datazilla related flag.
Whiteboard: [c=profiling s= p=2 u=][b2gperf_regression] → [c=profiling s= p=2 u=]
Since we don't support the nexus 4, I'm lowering the priority to where it should be from perf team perspective.

Dietrich, if you observe this on a platform/version we do support, then please ni? me and we'll take a look at it again. If it's no longer a bug, please close this.

Thanks!

Priority: P1 → P3
Latest build, Nexus 4, restart and load clock: >1300ms every time for cold load.

I'll check a Flame too.
