* Description:
  This problem happened on v1.4 build (Mozilla Central).
  If the third party keyboard or built-in keyboard are killed by process manager, FxOS cannot successfully re-launch keyboards.
  Attaching the demo video.( WP_20131224_006.mp4 )

* Precondition:
  Flash engineering build and install a third party keyboard.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the Membuster app to bust system memory.
  2. After all apps are killed including Membuster app, please tap the text field of e.me.

* Expected result:
  FxOS launches the keyboard

* Actual result:
  The keyboard cannot be launched

Could you help to check again to see if this one is the dup of bug 944009 which is the OOM case?

Hi, Ivan,

Yes. I think Bug 944009 and Bug 953027 are the same bug.
I still can reproduce Bug 944009 while the keyboard is killed by process manager.
I suggest to follow the remaining work on Bug 953027 because we need to back out the patch if we reopen Bug 944009.

   Can you verify this issue again? 
   Bug 953044 might be the root cause , it was be resolved and landed in b2g-mc.
