I think this was fixed some how.  They are not way to large by default anymore.
I do remember when they were expanded by default and were way to big, but now
they are not displayed as default.  Now when user selects them to be displayed,
they do shrink the Folder name to make room for the column title with a little
room on each side, but the user can resize as needed.  This can be resolved as
worksforme.
