Trunk build 2001092521 on Linux: Box border is now indeed removed under the text. But: The text is aligned differently in classic theme and in modern theme, (presumably) causing the dialog elements to be cut off at the right (only in classic theme). If you look closely, you can see that the gap between "Keyboard accelerators" and "A value of zero disables..." is much wider in classic theme than in modern. And the right edge of the box is clipped unless the preferences panel is resized. All this in classic theme only.

The patch from shliang fixes the reported wide "gap" in classic theme for me. Everything is now visible without resizing the preferences panel.
