*** Original post on bio 733 at 2011-03-18 23:50:00 UTC *** The JavaScript socket implementation we're using should handle a flood time out automatically (so I can give it 10 messages immediately, but they get sent every 100 ms or whatever). I'll do this eventually, but it's not my priority right now.

I'm not entirely sure why I wanted this. I haven't done it in almost 4 years so it obviously isn't super important.
