As a workaround for bug# 95111, id-s for these windows [editcacert.xul, editsslcert.xul and deletecert.xul] should be changed. Otherwise, any sizing fix would not be visible unless a new profile is used. This is so because based on localstore.rdf entries, the window would continue to be treated as persistent [even when it is no longer so] and load with the original missized height/width.
P1 nsenterprise t->2.1 Patch should be easy, and we need this to make sure that the dialogs are usable.
