Tip:

Each account has its own smilies. It 'can synchronize accounts with emoticons?

At settings of the individual account (yahoo, gogle, etc. ..) you choose to set the different kind of smilies already loaded!

What seems as an idea?

I'm a bit confused by what you're asking for, what do you mean by "It 'can synchronize accounts with emoticons"?

Are you asking for the emoticons to be set for each account instead of globally across all accounts?

Hello,

this is also one of my ideas for Instantbird.

Each chat protocol (AOL, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo) has a separate set of emoticons.
There are some global emoticons (working in all protocols) and some protocol specific.

My old chat client Trillian offers the emoticons grouped by chat protocol.
So if I select to insert an emoticon, I see a list grouped by protocol.

I don't think we want to separate the UI out on a per-account basis.
