Previously created accounts are still working, but there is no way to change the server domain for connection - no field in the account wizard or account options.
(connecting via your own domain is possible after you set DNS SRV entry "_xmpp-client._tcp" for Google servers)

- XMPP accounts currently still use the libpurple XMPP implementation as our JavaScript new implementation doesn't support DNS SRV requests.
- "Google Talk" accounts use our new implementation. If your account is configured as a google talk account, we always connect to talk.google.com, whether your DNS entries are set correctly or not. (I've just checked that it does work, hence resolving as WORKSFORME.)
