Trying to add my work AIM account to Instantbird and received error that the account name is invalid. This account works on multiple other chat clients without issue. Also, other AIM accounts work fine.

This will be fixed in libpurple 2.10.2

We've now updated to libpurple 2.10.4 (see bug 954770 (bio 1337)) and this should now be fixed. Please reopen this bug if it is still not working on a nightly build made after tomorrow.
