The conversion window that opens when receiving a message should not put itself in front and give itself input focus.
This can be very annoying and intrusive into the users current usage of the PC.
Personally, for me this is a big issue when playing a videogame (in windowed mode).
Suddenly the window opens, hides part of the games image and steals input focus, preventing me from doing anything in-game.

Yup, this is annoying. I'm pretty sure this is the same as bug 953847 (bio 406), reopen it if it isn't.
