I recently discovered that mozilla doesn't have the Netscape 4.x feature
that the backspace key acts like <page-up> when looking at a multi-page
document. I then discovered the religous argument that ensued when someone
reported this as a bug.
I think that the best way to solve this problem is to have fully customizable
keyboard accelerators. To do this, one can add a "Keyboard Accelerators"
section to the Preferences dialog, and this way the user can discover what
all of the existing accelerators are (they don't appear to be documented in
the on-line help), and the user can change ones that he/she doesn't like.
In addition, this would allow another feature that I've been wanting for some
time: some menu items (such as the right-click save image to file) do not
have any keyboard accelerator. There are times when I am doing something
repetitive when I wish that I could add an accelerator.
