The release-notes-1.4.php and release-notes-1.4.properties are simply copies of the 1.3 ones. They need to be updated with the contents of https://etherpad.mozilla.org/ib-1-4-release-notes

I updated clokep's patch with the release notes. I can't try it though. I'm not sure clokep can either but it would be nice to have another pair of eyes checking that everything seems fine at least.

I can't try these, but by eye they look OK.

Note that we probably need to update ChangeLog-1.4 with any new check-ins that fix the build process.

Adds a note about 32-bit libraries being required for Linux to the FAQ Linux installation instructions.
