95540 - if Quick Launch is active Profile Manager doesn´t work

If I use Quick Launch - Autostart\Mozilla.exe.lnk (Mozilla.exe -turbo) - 
and then try to call the Profile Manager, Mozilla (here browser) is started, not
the profile manager.

Only if you have more than one profile Profile Manager is always started, but
that is the default behaviour.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Autostart\Mozilla.exe.lnk or Mozilla.exe with parameter -turbo
2. Start Profile Manager or Mozilla.exe with parameter -ProfileManager
3. Not Profile Manager but Mozilla (here browser) does start


Actual Results:  Browser was started

Expected Results:  Profile Manager should be started

Conrad,

I can verify that this sequence of steps does occur.  I would expect this though 
until bug 86021 is fixed.  Am I correct?

QuickLaunch does not work with more than one profile.
Marking as a dup of bug 86021.
