Hovered URLs are displayed in the status bar. Sometimes they stay there even after the mouse is moved away. I haven't been able to find the exact steps to reproduce. This has been confirmed on Mac and Windows.

The URL of a link is shown in the status bar of a conversation while a link is hovered.
It is not removed if the conversation tab is closed while the URL is shown there (e.g. by using the keyboard shortcut Command+W).

Is that maybe the bug you're seeing?

This is what I've always seen. I think it can also happen if the tab is browsed away from w/ Ctrl+Tab.

I'm almost sure I saw the bug once last week without closing a conversation tab. I haven't been able to reproduce it though :(.
