in the properties window of an account, there seems to be a problem with all the text fields. example: the alias fieldBox, auto joined channels, port settings, quit message.
in all of the fields, when the cursor is moved by  the left and right arrow keys, The screenReader will not pronounce the letters. this will make editing the text slightly hard.

In all other parts of the instantbird this problem does not exist, and you can hear the letters spoken as you pass over them.
Screenreader test: tested with JAWS, and NVDA with a laptop and a pc.

Closing bugs related to the Instantbird UI as WONTFIX, as the development of the standalone chat client Instantbird has stopped. Instantbird users are encouraged to migrate to Thunderbird. The user interface of instant messaging in Thunderbird will feel familiar, as the Thunderbird IM support started as a fork of Instantbird.
