steps to reproduce:
1. Upload an app which has had an ESRB rating before
2. Click on Content Rating after completing submission
3. Start the process to get an IARC rating
4. Notice the user message


observed behavior:
The user message says "A record of this app (premium packaged app) has been found in the database. It was created on 12/9/2013 by [e-mail] for Firefox and was rated 3+ (PEGI),0+ (USK),Everyone (ESRB),Livre (CLASSIND),3+ (Generic)If you wish to proceed, click "OK", otherwise click "Cancel" to close the Rating Questionnaire or click on "Resend Certificate" to receive an email with your rating certificate."

There is missing punctuation. Please add a spacing before 'If you wish to proceed...'

and a period before the spacing, of course.
