Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to http://mozilla.org/join
2. Search for contact info in case the donation didn't work

Today, someone in the chat turned up (#firefox on irc.mozilla.org). He described an issue with donating which his bank blamed on Mozilla.

Since the donation form entirely lacks any sort of indication where to go when things don't work out, he eventually wound up in the Firefox channel. This really shouldn't happen to individuals who want to donate, but find out they can't due to some technical or organisational issue.
