User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140102004005 Steps to reproduce: Occurs when nVidia video driver crashes and restarts (ie: "Display driver stopped and has recovered.") This has occurred for all versions of Firefox since the introduction of the Glass theme aspect, passing through 4 or 5 version updates of the nVidia driver. Actual results: When this occurs, the Aero portion of the display (titlebar and navigation elements) becomes corrupted, such that it mixes the UI elements of the focused window with elements of windows behind it, sometimes being able to actually access UI elements of the windows underneath. This corruption -only- happens with Firefox. All other programs restore normally. Expected results: Restore after the video driver restart should have left the window in a normal functioning state. The screenshots that I had of this seem to have gone missing. Will upload new ones the next time it happens.

Added attachment of screenshot of the problem. Foreground window is Firefox. Immediately behind that is TortoiseHg (windowed mode). You can see the titlebar portion of the window through Firefox's glass. The location bar and search bar of Firefox, however, show up as being 'above' the TortoiseHg window. Behind that is a copy of UltraEdit (maximized). You can see the title of the window, as well as some of the menu and toolbar (largely obscured by TortoiseHg).
Additional note: Sometimes rather than corrupting the graphics, it simply crashes the browser. Crash incident: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/4b4a9839-0e86-40ff-869f-88dde2140203 Possibly related to bug 952721 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=952721)? Seems to have a very different call stack on the crash, though.
