Nothing.

Expected results:

Something, or use some other icon that doesn't imply "click me for more info" to some users.
Hi Dan! I don't see any big "?" icons on my Ubuntu 13.10 32-bit machine, with latest Aurora (build ID: 20140105004002)

Could you please try the following :

1) try this with a clean profile: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

2) running in Safe mode: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

If after trying 1) or 2) you can still see this problem, please attach a screenshot with the issue.

I can reproduce this issue (as shown in the screenshot) on my Ubuntu 13.10 64-bit machine, with latest Aurora (build ID: 20140105004002) by following this steps

1) in a terminal window write: # set about:permissions; su - nobody -c 'HOME=/tmp/ firefox '"$@"
2) in Aurora open about:permissions
