This bug tracks the native UI work to define and implement an Android Activity showing the status of Firefox Accounts.
This probably provides an entry point to sign up/sign in if a Firefox Account doesn't exist on the device.
It needs to show if the existing account:
* is verified/unverified;
* is in a bad state (credential-wise);
* is currently syncing;
* has non-default datatype elections;
* and anything else the user can configure.
