[IARC] use developer name for IARC_COMPANY rather than 'Mozilla', remove app slug from "title"

IARC uses App Title + Company for uniquely identify apps. We've incorrectly been sending in 'Mozilla' as Company, which made it only unique on App Title. We should send in the developer's name/company name.

This would also resolve the issue of having our unique identifier of "<APP TITLE> (<APP SLUG>)" being inconsistent with other storefronts such as Microsoft or Sony.
