Description:
Notes+ app’s drawer icon is offset causing truncation.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140106004001
2) Use git to get the latest phase2 Notes+ app
3) Use App Manager to put on device
4) Launch Notes+ App from Everything.me screen
5) Observe drawer icon


Actual:
Drawer Icon is truncated

Expected:
Drawer Icon is displayed fully

This issue also reproduces on 1.2 and still reproduces with the updated app building steps found in bug 956950.
