Description:
Creating a new notebook loads user into Note Info view mode.  User is unable to back out of this view and has to force close app and restart to proceed.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140106004001
2) Use git to get the latest phase2 Notes+ app
3) Use App Manager to put on device
4) Launch Notes+ App from Everything.me screen
5) Navigate to Notebook List View
6) Tap “+” to create a new Notebook
7) Assign a name and tap “Ok” and Observe


Actual:
User is brought to Note Info view mode 

Expected:
User is brought to note list view or new note creation

This issue no longer repros using steps found in comment 1 of bug 956950 to build the app.
