Not really sure what is going on here, but I need a placeholder for some fails-if reftests in bug 700926.
The patch in bug 1049499 fixes two of the tests that refer to this bug:
layout/reftests/border-image/border-image-repeating-linear-gradient.html and
layout/reftests/border-image/border-image-repeating-radial-gradient-repeat-repeat-2.html
