Details

[Steps]
1. Launch NS6setup.exe installer.
2. Go to 'Netscape 6 Setup - Download' dialog.
3. During downloading, click key P and C on keyboard.
4. Click on [Pause] by mouse to pause download, then click key R and C on keyboard.

[Actual]
The shortcut key for button [Pause], [Resume] and [Cancel] doesn't work.
[Expected]
Since shortcut keys are marked on those button, they should work properly
through keyboard.

More than the shortcuts, Tab doesn't work either:
only the mouse works.

Additionnaly, when in Pause mode, a Back button would be helpfull:
I think I got a Ftp mirror which was failing ... I had to Cancel and restart
installer :-(
Instead of simply going back and selecting Http...

Seamonkey and Firefox are using a new NSIS based installer. resolving this old bug, please reopen if you still get this with the new installer
