We should check that the G+ package installer gives us non-null results in ApkResources.getInstallerPackageName.

To be clear – the intent of this is for us to not do any update checking for APK marketplaces that already do it.
The G+ package installer is a standalone package installer that uses Google's infrastructure to check for "malware", however Google defines it. As such, we should treat synthesized APKs installed with this package installer in the same way we do the regular package installer.

This refers to the package verifier present on Google Experience phones, rather than a different installer.
