The shortcut for opening a Private Browsing Mode "privateBrowsingCmd.commandkey" is the same as "showAllHistoryCmd" and it cause the user to be unable to open the PB mode by shortcut: http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-central/source/ku/browser/chrome/browser/browser.dtd#328

We're not shipping Kurdish (ku) anymore. We'll need to review the whole build in case someone picks up the existing translation.
