Mainly M(1).

According https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=956331#c1 this is probably a leak happening during shutdown and timing, but that is just a guess.

Happens pervasively on OS X 10.6 Debug M(1).
According https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Gum&rev=4bd76051ae64, it seems like there is some (good?) influence from the index patch and definitely good influence from the patch for bug 945945.
Blocks: cache2tests
No longer blocks: cache2enable
Seems fixed with https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?changeset=b739b3354222
