Description:
When user edits the Notebook title via tapping on the header, the Search and Sort icons are drawn on top of the keyboard.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140106004001
2) Use git to get the latest phase2 Notes+ app
3) Use App Manager to put on device
4) Launch Notes+ App from Everything.me screen
5) Create a new note and tap done
6) In Notebook view tap on Header to rename Notebook
7) Observe area above Keyboard


Actual:
Search icon and Sort icons are drawn above keyboard area which is inconsistent with other apps.

Expected:
Search icons and Sort icons are not drawn above keyboard when keyboard is activated to edit the Notebook title.
