Currently, the Notes+ app offers users the option to upgrade to an Evernote Premium account, but it's not really clear why they should or what the benefit is for them in terms of the Notes+/FxOS experience. There's a lot of opportunity for confusion and disappointment here.
Unless and until we get a better story here, we'd like to remove the upsell button from the Setting screen.
