Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131205075310 Steps to reproduce: Repackaged Local-settings.js, mozilla.cfg and override.ini for FF deployment into enterprise settings. When I install the application it correctly applies networking information into the proxy settings, however when I attempt to access a webpage it is unsuccessful. Closing FF then reopening shows a continuation of the issue. After significant amounts of trial and error I have found that simply openning the proxy configuration settings (e.g. tools>options>network>settings) then clicking the "OK" button allows Firefox to work successfully. From that point on the application will continue to work with proxy settings configured. Actual results: Running the application does not allow connections to websites Expected results: Worked.
OS: Windows 7 → Windows XP
Hardware: x86_64 → x86
This issue is only occurring when I attempt to install to a new workstation. It appears that whenever a new local user profile is created the application fails to copy the settings into the user profile.
@Reporter: Please confirm this is fixed for you. If it is not please state your current operating system and Firefox version and provide a detailed 1, 2, 3, test case.
