Tested with:
Build: Firefox for Android 27 Beta 4
Device: LG Nexus 4
OS: Android 4.4

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox for Android
2. Go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/elephants-dream.webm
3. Long tap on the video and tap on Full Screen option

Expected result:
- The video is displayed correctly in full screen.

Actual result:
- Artifacts are displayed on top left.

Same device, OS, build and file above works for me; no issues in full-screen.

Still reproducible on Firefox for Android 27 Beta 6 on LG Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.2)

I am able to reproduce the issue on Nexus 5 (Android 5.0) on Firefox for Android 36.0a1 (2014-11-19) and Firefox for Android 35.0a2 (2014-11-19).
I can not reproduce it on 34 Beta 10 and 33.1

I've installed Firefox for Android 35.0a2 (2014-11-19) on Nexus 4 (Android 5.1) and reproduced the issue.
This is what I see on latest Nightly: https://goo.gl/8EDsYN
But it's more likely to be Bug 1198530.
