957720 - Update reftest manifests for pandaboards

Two regressions have shown up for panda reftests. I'll file bugs and update the manifests so that they are marked as known failures.

I guess some of these changes will cause new problems for Android 4.2 x86. You don't need to account for that, but I wouldn't mind if you did...

Thanks, these are all specified as AndroidVersion==15 or AndroidVersion!=15 so they shouldn't impact the x86 results (I hope!)
