Description:
The integrated back button is misaligned throughout the app.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140106004001
2) Download the 'Facebook' app from the Marketplace
3) Load the 'Facebook' app
4) Select the Drawer icon
5) Select on the accounts profile

Note:

The back button is not aligned in multiple places.

Actual:
Back button is not aligned

Expected:
back button to be aligned with other icons, or correct spacing from the edge.
