* Description:
  This problem happened on v1.4 build (Mozilla Central).
  This is a performance problem. If you tap the different text fields repeatly, you will see the delay of "Globe" key.
  Attaching the demo video (WP_20140109_005.mp4).

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Enable 2 keyboard layouts
  1. Launch the Contact app
  2. Tap "+" to edit a new contact
  3. Tap "Name" field
  4. Tap "Last Name" field
  5. Repeat step 3~4.

* Expected result:
  - No delay happen on "Globe" key.

* Actual result:
  - Delay happened on "Globe" key
