Description:
Issue has been seen via MMS and Bluetooth share events.  In both cases electing to share a picture via the camera App gives the file a null value title.  With MMS can send two files this way both will be named "untitled.jpg".  For bluetooth, in camera app, take a picture and select the share option after tapping on the preview, title will be "unknown.jpg" after share event.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140109004002
2) Navigate to Messaging App
3) Create an MMS to a known recipient
4) Attach a file and choose Camera App as source
5) Take a picture and confirm selection
6) Tap picture preview and observe title

Actual:
Title is untitled.jpg

Expected:
An incrementing title is assigned to the new picture file
