What problems would this solve?
===============================
It's not currently easy to see who else is working on a particular topic or locale on MDN, unless you closely track change feeds.
Who would use this?
===================
Users and admins
What would users see?
=====================
A team page similar to the localization team pages on SUMO: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/locales/fr
The members appearing on the page would be selected based on contributing in the corresponding locale, zone, or topic tree, in a given time period (90 days seems good).
What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
Users would be able to explore the profiles and contributions of others working on the same area. If/when onsite messaging (bug 878187) is implemented, they would be able to message those people.
Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
I'm not sure whether zone or topic is the right level of granularity. Do you want to see everyone working on Web platform docs, or everyone working on JavaScript docs?

MDN Web Docs' bug reporting has now moved to GitHub. From now on, please file content bugs at https://github.com/mdn/sprints/issues/ and platform bugs at https://github.com/mdn/kuma/issues/.
