At http://antoine.fsu.umd.edu/chem/senese/101/compounds/library.shtml, the "find matching substance" button should be under the search textbox, but Mozilla displays it next to the textbox.

The testcase, which was fixed in the other bug, was for a different problem than the one I reported.

Not a dataloss, crasher, or embed requirement. This can wait. Moving to 0.9.9.

This bug has been marked "future" because the original netscape engineer working on this is over-burdened. If you feel this is an error, that you or another known resource will be working on this bug,or if it blocks your work in some way -- please attach your concern to the bug for reconsideration.

Niels, Mats: The first testcase at least looks ok to me. I'm not sure what you expect from the second one?
From what I can tell, this renders correctly as to what the HTML in the second testcase specifies. The two input tags are one right after another, with no line break tag... so they SHOULD be rendered on the same line. I vote to close.

I don't see a bug here. At least not per the HTML5 spec.
