The concept of a READY status results from bug 264721, which appears to have implemented the documentation (bug 264721 comment 16) but not the status itself.

Nevertheless, the documentation is deployed, and it has too many commas.

It currently says:

"This bug has enough information so that the developer can start working on a fix. The bug has the required testcases, crash data, detailed specs, etc. Bugs in this state may be accepted, and become ASSIGNED, passed on to someone else, and remain READY, or resolved and marked RESOLVED."

It should say:

"This bug has enough information so that the developer can start working on a fix. The bug has the required testcases, crash data, detailed specs, etc. Bugs in this state may be accepted and become ASSIGNED, passed on to someone else and remain READY, or resolved and marked RESOLVED."

The two commas in question both come before an 'and', but are separating two conjoinants that form a single constituent, so they should not be there.
the READY status never went live; i've removed the description for that field.
