[Careers site] Reskin Jobvite Apply Page

As a follow-up to the career site redesign in completed in Q3 last year, we need to update the look & feel of the apply page hosted on Jobvite to match the new design.

>>Creative Specs & Deliverables:
We need one page template that will be consistent with the new career site. The layout is pretty flexible with a few exceptions. See the below comment from our Jobvite contact for more details:

"The apply page is pretty flexible as far as the layout of the form fields. We can change the form fields to be laid out with a two column instead of one. The only thing we cannot customize are the "apply with resume" button and LinkedIn buttons: http://screencast.com/t/0sfhFjQOIV. We also can't customize the resume, cover letter and attachment modals. Other than those elements, everything else can be customized."

In terms of copy, we have the opportunity to refresh the wording here if necessary. I have an ask in to Mat Caldwell to flag any changes he would like to make to the page, but Troy and Matej's input is also welcome.

Front-end development will be handled by Jobvite.

Hi guys, I've attached a layout for the Application page. My goal was to open things up a bit and give some breathing space. You will notice that I have split the application into a two column look. I am also open to using another background if you feel there is something else more suitable. Looking forward to your feedback.

MT, apologies I totally missed your update. Taking a first look at it now and I think this is looking great. I really like the two-column layout and think it works better here. Page is shorter as a result which is a definite plus.

Mat (Caldwell), what do you think?

Feature-wise, I am not sure if we're going to need "learn more about careers at mozilla". Not entirely sure what the use case for this might be as I'm assuming all candidates would be coming from the careers site anyway. Mat, please let us know if that's not the case.

When everyone is happy with this, we can take this to jobvite to get a cost estimate and Matej/Troy for copy adjustments. The wording here is pretty old so I want to make sure they have a chance to review and update some of this if necessary.

I agree - I really like the way this looks.  It has all the pertinent fields.  I also agree that having the "learn more about careers at Mozilla" might be redundant and not necessary.  

One question - in the "How did you hear about us" field - what are the options that people can select?  I want to make sure they can input the employee that referred them if that is the case and also input that they are an active contributor if that is the case.

I just attached a screenshot of the current options. I imagine this is customizable on jobvite side. It has little impact on the page design unless you want this in a separate field. Please advise.
