I've disabled the affected apps due to bug 958036 but as soon as that's fixed we should re-enable them.
Affected apps are:
Contacts
Settings
Gallery
Messages
Music
Video

These have been disabled in the following jobs:
b2g.hamachi.mozilla-aurora.v1.3.perf.fps
b2g.hamachi.mozilla-central.master.perf.fps
I've created the following on-demand job for determining when this is passing again:
b2g.hamachi.mozilla-central.master.perf.fps.bug958036
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Keywords: perf
Priority: -- → P1

Note that due to branching, the affected jobs are now:
