non-unified builds need their own mozconfigs
for our initial rollout we'll just enable linux64 opt and debug builds, so we need
browser/config/mozconfigs/linux64/{nightly,debug}-nonunified

Note that I can land the linux64 mozconfigs first if you want me to, but I'm asking review for the whole patch right now...

Landed the Windows and OSX bits at catlee's request. Android and Linux32 remain unfixed.
