Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and install http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/try-builds/[e-mail]-60c48d4ed251/try-android/
2. Goto (Android) Settings > Accounts > Add account > Firefox Account


Actual results:
> "By proceeding you agree with the <a href=http://mozilla.com>Terms of Service</a> and <a href=http://mozilla.com>Privacy Policy</a>.
