STR: 1. Open firefox metro 2. Type https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Metro#Blockers on the URL bar Expected: Page loads and scrolls to #blockers Actual: Page loads, scrolls to #blockers and goes black less then a second after scrolling. mbrubeck suspects it's because the page scrolls down while it's loading, but then as it loads the layout shifts.

I can't reproduce this. I believe it was fixed by bug 951113 (and in fact I *can* reproduce it if I back out part 2 of that bug). Rodrigo, can you verify if you still see this?
