960093 - Graph and table data views are always the same (7days?) even when switched to another time span.

Description

STR:

1) Open any crash summary
2) go to the Graph or Table tabs. Make note of the obvious stats.
3) switch the time span to something other than 7 days (default)
4) repeat 2  (another bug here. selecting a time span shouldn't put view back to Signature Summary)
5) Compare obvious stats with before.

Tested results:
The data presented is the same in all 4 time spans (3, 6. 14. 28)

Expected results.
Graph/Table information reflects crashes from selected time span.

I think we may also not correctly restrict to the selected versions of the report/list - whoever works on that should also check that we should different (and somewhat plausible) numbers for the case when you have a single version selected vs. none/all.

904558 fixes so that the selected tab is when refreshing the page. Once that's in place, I'll tackle this bug.
